**Wanderhearts ("the App", operated by 1672772 Ontario Ltd.) is a game designed to
make everyday movement more fun. It is not a medical device, and nothing in
the App is medical, health, or fitness advice.**
Consult a professional first
The App encourages walking and physical activity. Physical activity carries
inherent risks. **Consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider
before beginning any exercise program or increasing your activity level**,
especially if you:
- have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, or any chronic
illness;
- are pregnant, recently gave birth, or are recovering from surgery or
injury;
- experience chest pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath;
- are over 65 and not accustomed to regular activity; or
- take medication or have any condition that could be affected by exercise.
Listen to your body
**Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain,
dizziness, faintness, nausea, chest tightness, or shortness of breath.** Do
not use the App's goals, streaks, companions, rewards, or notifications as a
reason to push past your limits, exercise while injured or ill, or ignore
what your body is telling you. **Rest days are a normal, healthy part of any
activity routine.**
No medical claims
The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
Step counts and other figures shown are estimates from your device's sensors
and may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for any medical purpose. The App's
in-game characters' reactions are entertainment, not an assessment of your
health, fitness, or worth.
Assumption of risk
You understand that any physical activity you undertake while using the App
is voluntary and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by
law, 1672772 Ontario Ltd. is not responsible for any injury, health condition, or
harm that results from physical activity you choose to perform, whether or
not encouraged by the App.
Emergencies
The App is not for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical
emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
By using the App you acknowledge that you have read and understood this
