Common questions

• Steps not counting? iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Wanderhearts → allow Steps. Android: install Health Connect, make sure a fitness app writes steps into it, then Wanderhearts Settings → Grant step access. Or enable the phone-sensor fallback in Settings.
• Moving to a new phone? Settings → Cloud backup → Save transfer code on the old phone; restore with the code on the new one.
• Deleting your data? Reset in-app (Settings → Reset all progress), or email us your transfer code to wipe the cloud copy.
